Great Lee/Titan service!

I bought a Lee case length trimmer from Titan, with whom I've done a lot of trade. When it arrived, I discovered the shell holder was out of tolerance and would not grip the rims firmly enough to trim the cases.

I emailed Titan about it. Titan emailed Lee.

And Lee sent me a replacement ring, gratis, the next day.
