Does pure lead cast a smaller diameter than WWS? I cast some lapping bullets from pure lead and they are smaller than my WW bullets. What's up with that?

Yes, pure lead cast the smallest, and heaviest.

Antimony enlarges the as cast diameter. The higher the percentage of antimony the larger (and harder, more brittle) the diameters.

This page has charts giving "approximate" sizes and shrinkage of various alloys.

pps, it's the SAECO #264 6.5mm 140 gr.
