Just posting this for information. Finally found one of these rare beauties, paid dearly for it too.
Harpster & Williams was the owner of Belding & Mull for a short period in the late 1950's. As such you can sometimes run across the B&M measure marked Harpster & Williams using aluminum and brass hoppers.
This is not a large press, more medium sized. It uses a shellholder ram that is unique to the press, dating it to prior to 1955. There is no provision for handles to rotate the turret. Four, 7/8-14 tpi die stations. There is an arm or shelf that is supposed to bolt to the right side of the frame, the hole is visible, for mounting the powder measure to. No part on this press will interchange with another brand as the link, pivot block and ram are unique.
