A Great Friend Needs Our Prayers Please

One of my best friend fell today and broke one of his vertabrea and cracked a second one in his neck. They are the two next to the skull. To make things worse he had neck surgery about 2 months ago on the vertabrea's just below the two he injured today. His surgeon in Dallas told his wife to get him to Dallas a.s.a.p. and was amazed that he was not paralyzed.....surgery tomorrow after a battery of tests....Paul, not me, is one of the best judges that I have ever known and is a true Christian.....Please help me on this one......Paul

My Mother had the "high Odontoid" fracture at age 90...she lived to be 97 with just a soft collar daytimes....it's a tough deal and prayers going out but it's survivable...

Good news....the doctors were amazed that he was not paralyzed....after a battery of tests and a lot of prayers the surgeon wants to put Paul into a neck collar and see if the breaks will heal without surgery....thanks ladies and gentlemen for prayers....Paul is such a good Christian and a true role model for all.....
