Win wxr?

Do I recall correctly that this short-lived powder was actually Reloader 22? Found 1 lb at a local shop, and RL22 is my long time favorite for the 6.5x55.

WXR is the same powder as the old Norma MRP and is close enough that starting data for RL-22 can be used. I would never recommend starting with near max loads even if the data was for WXR.
