I'm thinking of buying a new bolt gun ./ maybe ar 10 . For precision shooting. I have 3000 copper jacketed bullts for 6mm already. And a couple hundred 6.5. So I was looking g at 6mm creedmoor or 6.5 Creedmoor.

I will hunt with this new rifle and target shoot.

Let me here ur advice. I do not want to do a lot of brass forming .

have you considered a 243 Winchester or 6mm Remington?
Heck you can even get a 243 AI and shoot factory 243 and have
you cases formed for you.

Either way I'd use up or sell the 3000 6mm J-words

Two other 6mm calibers that are good the 6mmBr and the 6XC, I have both.

6BRX , uses less powder than the 243 and is easy to fire form. My BRX is stuffed into an AR-15 with a 20" barrel.

See this is the problem lol. So many choices. Is there one better than the others. What's is the 6brx come paired to the 6mm creedmoor. What other cal fit the ar package. Also what about barrel life. Yea if I don't go with 6mm I'll add them to the list I have on the swapping and sell area for members on here. the copper jacketed bullets.

If your not hunting or shooting much past 250/300 yds why not the 6x45/6mm-223 perfect for the AR platform just a barrel swap and cheap brass and easy to form ,as accurate as any of the others using less powder
