Too hot to do much outside....so retreated to the reloading room.
Recently came across a large reasonable quantity of LC 52, and LC Match 62 brass, about 800 pcs.
Figure I need to shore up my supply of 8mm brass....
Using a Redding From/Trim Die and a Redding FL sizer.

Have also done this for a couple decades, but found it necessary to anneal & turn neck ODs.
Anything Olin (Win/WW/WRA - being the hardest/thinnest-walled) would usually split after the next firing, whether commercial or GI.
Hornady brass is a close 2nd place (be advised that Olin is the contractor for Hornady brass).

This is probably my 20th or so batch, in 10 years, and honestly never had to turn necks, unless it was FC brass.
Wont touch Hornady brass.......

Doing well, then.
Do you keep track of how many reload cycles 'till necks split?

Never needed to neck turn or ream but I do anneal often and I have some converted brass that has had more than 20 loadings. These are not maxxed out loads but I do push the CB's to close to 2,000fps.
