i used the time to cast bullets and making Enfield Paper Cartridges, loading some BP, pack my Enfield and went to the range and taking some pictures.....
first, never mind that i have had so much fun making and loading Enfield Paper Cartridges[smilie=s:
Easy to handel and accurate by that way...
in my previous report in talked about that my bore was refreshed up to 14,85 mm / .584
first try on 50 m rested on Sandbag
Bullets in use:
RCBS .575 -500 Deep Cav.
by the fact that this Bullet are much undersized i wrap it with Airmailpaper up to .584
173041
Custom Mould Winter .578 Body but .584 at the first driving band
weight is : 700 grs
173040 173042
Powder :
Wano Sporting Powder FFFg
52 - 63 grs.
the higher loads 58 to 63 grains are more successful
here the oversized bore

and the rifle
173044 173045 173046 173047
ok here i go
the first shoot with the heavy winter bullet out of a clean barrel hit the paper far left and cross side . next round hit right in 7 and the following 2 shoots hitting the 9 er circle and one the 10 circle.
