Whiterabbit's flinter target pistol thread is a timely topic for me. Just this week unpacked my flinter target pistol from storage.
Cheese and crackers, I'm gonna be in the discovery phase of relocation forever.
Time to mold up some of those old Lee 150 round noses and make some time for targets.

I think the kitty does not like you messing with his gun.

Nice pistol, tell us more.

Shoots better than I do. It's got a .35 bore, single set trigger, was built by Chris Hirsch when he was in the Bigfoot shop on Gessner Road in Houston.

Later on he went to the White House.

That's him on the banjo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WatiDoNpenw

Took the barrel to him. I'd picked it up from a garage sale ad. We figured out the design. First thing I ever shot out of it was the old Lee 150 round nose sized to load like a maxi. Went right through the hood hinge of a 1960's Ford. I was some impressed. More than enough for rabbits and the occasional feral beer can.

Well, if it shoots half as good as it looks you have a real winner there! The design is very pleasing to me.

It's the perspective with the camera lens.
