Hello,
I've got my eye out on the auction sites watching for a Lyman 358318. Not sure if Ideal had the same mold or mold number.
Relined a Ballard to 35-40 Maynard (Lucus) and a friend on another forum sent me some bullets that performed pretty well.
Wondering if anybody may have one they would be interested in parting with. If so, send me a PM.
Also, anyone using theirs I'd be interested in how you gas checks are fitting. The bullets I got about wore my fingers out trying to seat them before sizing. Could be gator checks fit loser than Hornady is one reason I ask, or maybe my friends mold just throws them tight at the shank?
