Hi all. Could someone help me id this headstamp?
Searched all place and couldn´t find any information, except that is from Lugansk factory. Thanks

Thanks but the Cyrillic letter correspond to the "L" from lugansk, and the "I" correspond to first quarter of the year...this is the 1891 model, round nose bullet....I can't find any similar headstamp in books or internet..

The Cyrillic L may translate to Light Ball.
