Custom expander/funnel for Dillon

A while back I read a post on here about someone who could make a custom expander/powder funnel for a Dillon loader. Could anyone tell me who does this work and how I can get in touch with them?

I bought one from a guy that sells on eBay. It was for 45 acp but I used it for 45 Colt and it worked great for my .454" boolits. I think he also makes one for 9mm and 44.
