I'm going from memory here, but it screws into the press and is hollow with a stop.
you insert your lubesizer die into the body and use a set-screw to hold the die in place.
then replace your shell holder with a push-rod and size nose first.

You got it runfiverun except there is no set screw to hold the die in place, I just used a little bit of stiff lube and it stayed in very well

Very good idea. Looks like a good design as well. Thanks td4570 for bringing this to our attention. Do I assume right when I think you pan lube your boolits first and then push them through the die?

I powder coat mine but use a very little light sizing lube when sizing the pc'ed bullets

Smoked Turkey,

I first built the adapter for myself because I was bending some of my longer boolits in my lyman lubrisizer trying to size them with a nose punch. So now I run them through the adapter set up first to size nose first and put the gas check on and then lube them in the lyman. Seeing as they are already the right size they don't bend from resistance. My group size showed good results from straighter boolits. If the boolits drop from the mould close to sized diameter I just lubrisize as normal. I already had a fairly complete set of size dies for the lyman and didn't want to have to buy/make lee type nose first size dies. Necessity is the mother of invention. You are correct though a person could pan lube first and then nose first size them or tumble lube or pc and then nose size. I also can make cake/cookie cutters for pan lubing.

Since Buckshot is getting out of the size die making business he has been sharing some of his designs with me. We go way back...to the first NCBS back in 2000. Five attendees Buckshot, BruceB, Duke, NVCurmudgeon and yours truly original organizer. Finer friends you cannot find.

I do this by putting some boolit lube in a pan with the boolits in question and then warming on the stove until the lube melts and swirling the boolits in the pan. When done reheat them and dump them on a old towel fold the towel over and rub vigorously. They clean right up and the towel launders clean easily.
