If I get the chance I will reciprocate.

He surprised me the other day, nothing has happened yet as he was off on vacation.
But he took the time to make a very generous offer based on a post I made. Explained the rules, how it works, etc.

So I guess you could say I am " in the works"

IMO he is a tremendous example of the character and quality of this forum.

He is an asset and many of you make it possible for him to do what he does.

Take a Bow. You have my respect, and soon I suspect my gratitude.

I understand that George saw Littlewolf stranded on the road today. Littlewolf had a blow out on his truck and no spare. As George drove by he "threw" a tire ( or 2) in the direction of the truck. THANKS George for the getting Littlewolf off the highway!

Well I don't recall George helping me, BUT I am pretty sure Georges dad sent me my very first mold. I would call that help, but my wife might tell you it cost thousands in the long haul. lol

Help or not, I have tried to pass it on a few times to new casters or reloaders, just seemed the right thing to do.

had some slug kits I made up for some members sitting on my bench all ready to mail and dropped my keys, when I stood up the packages were gone, never heard a thing this time, either george is starting to know his way around my shop and does not crash into things anymore or I'm just plain getting old and hard of hearing.

George has gone above on beyond for me. I also have many a minion to thank but I hope George has relayed that for me. Though with that in mind, usually means I work in the garden but I enjoy it. Better to be a warrior in the garden than a gardener in a war.

I'm sure I haven't met George but he's help me as I've tried to help a few others, them little things go a long way, most resent was with finding a mold to replace one I miss placed, really not a big deal I posted in the wanting buy it,section and got a couple of offers,I even bought a extra after the fact, another member contacted to say Thank-you for your service, after a couple of PM's I learned his dad had served in the USMC at the same time I was serving, just his career was ending as my time was starting,I really hope I live up to his Dad's Expectations, marine's serving in WWII and Korea left some mighty big boots to fill, when we went to Vietnam, anyway his dad had the same mold I lost and a few days later George dressed as a mail carrier drop off a package with with the mold needed. Thank you Jerry,I'll take good care of it and pass on to another Vet with the time comes.

George wanders in and rifles through all that old gear you got stored away and somehow gets it moved along to someone that needs it.

sometimes it isn't even old gear.
one time he managed to weasel some brand new star-line 44 mag brass out of a sealed box and stuck it on a slow boat to Maine.
it must have been loaded down with some heavy lead ingots shaped like a 429667 mold cause it took a week to get there.

he once stopped by here and left a scope mount for a Stevens 325 someone carelessly left laying in a drawer near their bench for too long.
strange co-incidence too, I had just wrangled a deal for a well used 325 for my Boy about 2 weeks before.

George has been here a couple of times. Once, I almost caught him as he was leaving the neighborhood. He's one crafty SOB.

I was a little upset with George. I expressed interest in buying a magazine from a member to fit a Winchester 52 or 75.
I thought I was going to get to buy it and then I would actually have a 5-round magazine for the rifle. All I had was a single load magazine.
Then George stole the magazine I was negotiating on. I was a little upset with George.

Then George decided to double down!
I found two Winchester magazines on my freezer, an elevation adjust for a Winchester, and some other goodies left in my mould shed where I couldn't miss seeing them. Now how did he get in? My security system never alarmed!

After I retired and moved to TX, 2 books on swaging showed up. That George is something.

well, all I know is that George almost single-handedly got me started in reloading, I just supplied the eagerness to learn.he can't possibly know what he really did. without this hobby,my life would be so dark and bleak, no real friends, but hop online and I am surrounded by like-minded folks. that are willing to teach, discuss topics, or just to talk, which I can never get enough of. so thanks George, and everyone that has made me feel welcome, you know who you are.

George SIGHTING!!!

He recently dropped off a pile of jacketed .251 (25 acp) bullets, followed with some 25 acp brass. Sure, I let it be known that I was looking for some, but never expected the quick response from George. I hope the guy gets frequent flier miles.

I want to remind everyone that I am the Cast Boolits librarian for the DVD set. See the first sticky post in this Helping Hands section for details. If you are new at casting, or want to learn some new techniques, I have sets of dvds that I can ship off for your viewing.

Thanks, George. Feel free to stop by and grab what's needed.

A big merry Christmas to George! George has helped me immensely in getting going in this here hobby/ addiction. I truly don't deserve the kindness he has shown me, but I have learned that that's part of what makes George, George. he also helped to make me feel comfortable in this community, which is also very kind, because without having people to talk to here, I wouldn't have anyone to talke to at all, besides my family, but they are always busy and I spend 7/8ths of my week with just my dog, Daisy to keep me company. so the comradary? here really helps. so thanks so much George. and merry Christmas to you and mrs george
