who is the "settings guy" to talk to for PID?

OK built my controller up and running tested in boiling water. Sitting here trying a small scale test with tin. Problems I am having:

Alarm 1 keeps kicking the SSR on and off normal right?
The SSR is being turned on even when its over the set temp!

Need help please. I am sure it is user error here, at least 99.9993% my screw up. The damn 2% rule gets me everytime.

There should be a web sight that should have instructions. The SSR should remain "on" until the PID via the thermocouple reaches set temperature. My PID had to "learn" and initially was off 20 degrees or so. Now it is plus or minus 8 degrees of set temp.
I would cycle it a few times to see if it gets closer.
