Well, I've had a good run with reloading I was bound to hit a snag sooner or later. The progressive press sure cranks out a load of bad ammo quick! I failed to notice my lee auto drum was stuck halfway between dropping a charge and pulling back to refill. About a dozen rounds slipped through before I saw but sadly they all mixed in the bin with the good ones.

Thanks to the archives here I found a quick(ish) solution.

My inertia hammer could not work the wadcutters loose at all, not a mm. Running it through the 38spec resizing die with the decapping pin removed worked like a freaking CHAMP! Had to break down 50 rnds but much better than ruining my gun. Lead can be recast and now i don't have to toss the bad rounds.

FYI for anyone else with the autodrum, it appears the spring retention screw slowly tightens over time with use. Backing it off a 1/4 turn everything is back to 100%.

Hope this helps anyone else trying to salvage mistakes.
