Can anyone tell me what I have here and ballpark figure on what it's worth? I'm helping settle an estate and know nothing about muzzle loaders. Thanks in advance!

Little hard to tell by the pictures. Looks like the stock is a lot newer than the metal parts. Be best to find a dealer in old guns to look it over and give an estimate.

I agree the stock being newer. The owner (age 71) says his father would shoot it when he was a kid. Part of a collection that includes a model of 1795 flintlock Springfield, Brown Bess, 1852 Cadet, several civil war muskets, and trapdoor through WW2 rifles.

On the other guns you can visit some of the auction sights and see what they are going for, not the asking price but the actual selling price.
