Buckshot used to make top punches for lyman and rcbs sizers I believe. Also Lathesmith may also be able to make you a blank top punch

Or you can do what I did. Find a bolt that fits the top punch hole at one end and the die opening at the other. Smooth of the face a bit, maybe cut it a bit shorter, and you're good to go. Mine has a notch for a screwdriver, so it does put a faint line on the boolits, but not enough to worry about.

Would a top punch for a full wadcutter suit your needs?

I suspect what he wants is a "blank" top punch. A punch that has a hole drilled in the face of it where it leaves 1/16" thick walls, then you use epoxy or hot melt glue to custom make the profile the top punch fits. Lathesmith made me a couple for my star. Now I can size base first with my star and use a standard bullet collator to feed bullets to my star. Works great.

I just use a RN or other profile that's a bit larger than the nose I'm trying to custom fit and use it as a blank.

I converted a 38 RN top punch into a wadcutter punch and a 30 cal SP top punch into a flat punch with epoxy putty .
Been using the WC punch for 20 years, in fact used it a few minutes ago, still going strong !
