Another old one

Picked this one up at the same Denver show as the Hepburn and Rigby Ballard. It's a Schoyen Ballard, built on what most likely was a Ballard Pacific, as it's a straight grip frame, and set triggers. The barrel is a heavy Schoyen in .32-40, that measures 1.125" across the flats at the muzzle, and is 28" long. Stocks are birdseye maple, with an unknown maker's buttplate. Possibly a Schoyen buttplate, but can't say for sure?
The fitted case, scope, B&M powder measure, cleaning kit, and some other accessories were an extra, after purchasing the gun. Not sure why the seller didn't mention them, or have them on the table? After buying the gun he took me out to his car and gave me the case and pieces inside it!! Quite the surprise!
I have another Schoyen in .38-55 that is also built on a Pacific action. But it fortunately didn't get the hot bluing treatment. I'll strip this one and rust blue the barrel. Then have the action case colored.

Not asking for private, none of my business information, but for us who never see anything like this for sale what would the general price range be for something similar?

Well I paid well below the going rate for a Schoyen Ballard cased set like this. I'd estimate it's about a $3,000-$3500 set with case, scope, and other pieces. I plan to strip the newer bluing, and rust blue the barrel. Then have the receiver case colored, so the gun looks correct. Wont have a lot more into it, but it should increase it's eye appeal and value.
