Load Suggestion NOE 225-55 FN

Bought the NOE 225-55 FN (RCBS 22-055 copy) along with sizer and checks off S&S and am asking for load suggestions.

I have a Remington 700 SPS Varmint that I will be adding a Boyd laminate stock to and making a plinker out of.

Looking for for light loads using fast powder for minimal recoil and report. Basically a bolt action 22 rim fire to 22 WMR type velocity. Think low cost plonked for me and my growing kids.

I can also attempt powder coating some courtesy of a friend of mine (even though he doesn't know it yet).

Suggestions?

Check the hodgdon web sight, they have a load for 223 that uses 3.2 grains of clays as a max load for a 55. Grain pill, I used this load as a 22 replacement when 22 became hard to find with the Lee bator mold.
