TC Probe for oven

So I got a thermocouple and temp display unit. Changed out the TC connectors to the right one for the unit/ Drilled the oven and put it in and it is much shorter than I would like. Would like it almost in the middle but this one is at 1/4 in from the side due to the width of the oven. To get to the middle I would need approx 9 inches of probe length. Anyone know of a source? Got my probe from a surplus place and this was the longest they had.
