I was shooting at Bisley (UK) last weekend with muzzle loading rifle at mid and long range. There's a few pictures I posted on the LRMLorg web site. If you're interested in seeing the ranges go to: Three Days at Bisley (http://www.lrml.org/competitions/three-days-at-bisley/)

Very nice and interesting too. Always nice to see what our brethren are doing across the pond so to speak. Are they more lax on muzzle loaders there than other guns?

No special treatment for muzzle loaders... They're firearms and subject to the same regulation as other permitted firearms.

Thank you for posting! The photos are great - looks like a very pleasant setting to shoot at! Always interesting to see what goes on in other places! Best wishes!

When the NRA outgrew Wimbledon Common, where they had held their annual rifle meeting since 1860, they moved to Bisley. That was 1890 and they've been there since.
