Cold Alberta Weather calls for casting in the days ahead!

Casted up a bunch of plate fodder pills today. The weather sucks here in Alberta, so I am going to fill my spare time with a few more casting days!

Been using this bullet in various loads in my P14.

One load using Unique at 1550fps average, I managed to put 8 consecutive hits on an 8" plate at 240 yards!
I was stoked! So more of this particular pill was required in my stores! LOL!

Care to tell us what mold that is?

This is an "Accurate Moulds", #314200, Aluminum, 3 hole. This is the number right off the mould blocks.

With this bullet seated to and crimped into the top of the upper lube groove, the gas checked boolet base is level with the base of the 303 British case neck.

I cannot find this mould on his web site for some reason, but basically it is a 314299 clone with a flat metplat point.

the 31-200M is the closest one I can find to my mould currently on the website.

I have been using 13.0 grains of Unique with these 200 grain boolets.

Thanks, the most unique I have tried 12gr. May make some up and try them next weekend.
