Well, yesterday, I cast my first boolits. Nothing special, picked up a lee TL452-230-2R. Had some lead that I picked up at the range (about 6 pounds, after smelting it). Melted it back down in a Lyman pot I bought a couple years ago. Ended up making a bunch before they started coming out smooth. Ended up with about 100 boolits and still had about a half a pot of lead left. Let me know what you think of these.

I lubed a few with some Ben's TLL. Thought I would load them up and go to the range this weekend. Turns out, I have no empty brass. I guess I need to go to the range and unload some before I can load these guys.

Those look great. What are you using them in? You have to either shoot more or collect more brass. Best of luck!
