It uses one of the turkey fryer burners. And they cost a good bit of cash. I don't have one but have been considering it since they first came out w/ then.

Looks like I might have to have one of these. Could probably (eventually) build one, but I like to support businesses as I can......I think I hear the 65# version calling my name.......:castmine:
