I would like to know if anyone knows of a table showing minimum powder charges or maximum allowable reduction percentages, or percent case full minimums....get the idea? I want to down load some calibers with the limited powders I have on hand, with out running into position sensitivity problems. I have also read about low temperature issues with certain powders. Any experience with that? Thanks!!

Call the powder manufacturer and ask them. They will tell you exactly what you want to know.

This is one of the better references for reduced load data:

Dragon813gt is 100% correct. Some powders do like reduced load levels and can react is less then positive ways. This was why SR4579 was manufactured for many years. Please call the powder manufacturer of the specific powder in question and talk with them.

if your talking about rifle powders the LEE book has a reduction factor [and some reduced tables at the front] for some common rifle powders scattered throughout each cartridges data.

In the LEE loading book there was some info on this subject. It may have been for jacketed only but i can't recall. Might be worth a look.
My data comes from Lyman mostly, but other load reference books as well.

Anyone ever use these loads that are linked? Been shootin' loads like that for the best part of thirty years. Lyman Cast Bullet Manual #2 and #3 have lots of such loads. These were once SOP loads for cast shooters. High velocity cast loads were not always the holy grail. Lots of enjoyment can be had at 1400-1600 fps
