Ruger American 300 blk ejector not working properly

Its new, less than 50 rds shot through it. I inspected the bolt and couldn't find anything out of place or broken. it pulls the empty out, but that's about it.

Mine ejects with authority.........call to Ruger might be in order.

Try pushing on the ejector when you have the bolt out of the rifle. I had a similar problem many years ago with a Remington 700 a small piece of brass had got down between the ejector and the bolt binding up the ejector. It was fixed by removing and cleaning out the ejector hole in the bolt head. The Smith said it was a fluke thing but once in a great while it will happen. It never happened again.
