50-70 barrel blank

I have been trying to find a maker of barrel blanks to fit a 50-70 barrel to my sharps carbine and I am not having any luck finding anyone. I need an 1 1/4 blank 22 to 24 inches long so I can duplicate my unusable sharps barrel. I can find all kinds of 45-70 barrels but no 50-70 blanks. I need a twist of 24 to 28 inches, with a .500 bore and .514 groove. Anyone know of some barrel makers who will cut this kind of bore? I have been trying to contact Joe Williams for over a week and can't get a phone answer, he must be out of business. Does John Taylor make barrels like this? Any help would be great. thanks, the toolman.
