I love truck stops

I work near a very large truck stop and have recently taken to wandering the parking lot on my breaks. The lot has many curbs and islands that tend to shear off wheel weights. On my most recent 10 minute walk through the lot I came away with about 10 pounds of wheel weights. Some of the trucks have wheel weights that weigh up to one pound each. The only problem is that some are so big that they won't fit in my pot so I have to hand feed them slowly and I worry about a possible visit from the tinsel fairy.

No need to worry as long as the weights are completely dry.

Preheat them with a propane torch to drive any moisture.

If you're really concerned about the size of the really big ones, just saw them in half with your hacksaw.
