I know, I know ... I am late ... I have finally got around to watch Blood Work, the Clint Eastwood (http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Blood_Work) police movie.
I got interested in the S&W 627PC snubby before I watched the movie and people were recommending that I watch this film.
Indeed, it is quite a movie and the S&W 627PC is also, indeed, quite beautiful.

Anyone here is an owner of the Blood Work gun (http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product4_750001_750051_766337_-1_775660_775655_757751_ProductDisplayErrorView_Y)?
What do you think of this snubby?

I liked the book better. The movie was good.

Wanted one of those 627pc's since the movie came out. Many years later S&W started making many different variants of the 8 shot 357. I wound up with a couple of the 4 inch 627 pros. 8 rounds of 357, what's not to love!

Besides carrying it the appendix style (pointing at your little brother), is this gun too thick carrying on the side for CCW ?

arthury, I carry a S&W Model29 .44 Mag in a IWB Sparks Summer Special with no problems.

The trigger of the 627PC is super smooth. SA is definitely under 3lb. The trigger reminded me of the SW500PC --- very satisfying.
