Lord thank you for all you have done in my life . I have often doubted myself but never you . You are and have been the most constant thing in my life . I have always known you were there when I went against your will . I have never been able to think you were not with me even when I knew what I was doing what was wrong . Like a child I knew you would still love me . But like my earthly father you made sure I knew I was wrong out of your love for me . I have always known you love me , I have often wondered why you have blessed me in my life . I could have done more for you . I wasted time you gave me . I know you protected me . I realize I am worthy of nothing and anything I am or possess is a gift from you .
Father I ask for your work , bear to me that which you would have me do . Give me your insight that I might be acceptable to you . Give me strength of mind and tolerance . Show me the way . Lay in my hands the labor you would have me do to honor and glorify you . Stay with me and hold me up when I weaken . Please affect anything I do to honor you and be with me . In your holy name I ask it . Amen
