Anyone have one or have shot one? Are they too big a gun for the caliber. with a 4 inch barrel to get better ballistics and 13 rounds it looks to be a good carry piece.

I have a model 84 that I converted to 32 acp by swapping out the .380 barrel. It, my Colt 1903, and Mauser 1914 are my favorite 32 autos. Mine works reliably with the .380 mag but I am not sure if that is always the case. Some may consider it too big for the 32 acp, but not me. It is easy to shoot.

I was deeply impressed with the one my friend had. Recoil was negligible and for a 32 ACP it was pretty accurate too. Nowadays there are a great many 9 mm's and even 40's that are smaller, but for a person with weak hands, I think one of these would be the berries.
I have a M84 and it is a very fine pistol, A while back one of the parts houses had 32 barrels for sale and I was tempted, but 32 ACP brass was not to be had, so I passed on the deal. Kind of wish I hadn't now though.

I lucked into a bulk buy of .32 ACP range brass some years ago, and got heavily into .32 ACPs because as long as you had plenty of brass they could be loaded inexpensively and they were more effective than .22 LR.

I ended up with a half dozen pistols and had converted a Remington 580 bolt-action rifle to use .32 ACP.

The double-stack, larger .32 ACPs don't appeal to me, but I would consider one of the high cap Berettas in .380 ACP.

Thanks for the info gents. I may go Tejanos route and look for a model 84 in 380 and do a barrel swap. 2 for 1 sounds cool. But I will definitely not disregard any of the single stack 32's.
