Another " Trade"

Picked up this 50 caliber Lyman Trade rifle in a trade yesterday. Came with some balls, patches, Goex FFG, ball and patch pullers as well as cleaning jag and swab/brush. It is 1997 production and it's in excellent condition including the bore. I'm gonna be busy this summer trying out black powder rifles I acquired these past few months. I have another on the way which is going to be a "surprise" as I have no clue really of what I bought, LOL.

Lyman makes some very good rifles. The trade rifle is on the lower end of there cost range. But still very fine rifle.

My first BP rifle I bought was back in the 70's and it's an Invest Arms, who we know make rifles for Lyman. The rifle I bought back then has gorgeous wood on it and has been a great rifle. I expect this will be the same.
