Does anyone use one of these? What is your opinion, pro and con.

No first hand but a buddy of mine just got a RA # for his unit, we'll see what happens now. He did express regrets, said he'd have gotten the Lyman unit in hindsight.

I've had mine for a year. No issues. It works well. You have to remember that there are now no electronic parts made in America anymore. All chinese made now. Units may be assembled in the USA from chinese parts though. Any electronic device can arrive defective. The thing that matters is how the vendor takes care of you the customer post sale. Hornady has a great reputation for taking care of their customers and they should be given a chance.

Ive got one a d i really like it . I just bought it this past december for the most part it works well but has thrown a fit on occasion . Allot of it depends on what powder your running through it . I run allot of red dot and unique it seems to do fine with them or other powders similar in texture. I tried running some 2400 through it a couple weeks ago , total nightmare i slowed it down , slowed down trickle speed still constant overthrow .
