Hunting load for .43 spanish reformado rifle???

I've found a (1885 Spanish military service rifle) OVIEDO Rolling Block in .43 Reformado for sale (YES it is marked "R" over the chamber.) at a decent price with a tight action & a good/clean/shining bore & wonder if anyone has a "pet" hunting BLACK POWDER CB load for this caliber.

While I load a lot of 43 Spanish, I never have played with the Reformado. It's a 45 caliber bullet going down a 43 caliber barrel isn't it? I would think something very close to the original round would be just fine for hunting anything you might encounter.
