Prayer for my Dad

I am requesting prayer for my dad who turned 77 years old yesterday, He has had back pain for years and the last 8-10 months he has been down with the pain. He had an MRI and found out he has 3 ruptured discs and stenosis, He has to stand in church and has a hard time riding anywhere. He has always been a raw brute of a man all his life and now he is down and out with this back issue, He is acting depressed and will have surgery when he gets set up with the surgeon. Please keep him and my mother in your prayers.

Prayers up. He sounds a lot like me, except mine seem to be playing dominoes, and going out in sequence. I literally didn't know a man could have THAT much pain and still survive on my last trip to the sawbones. Had great docs, who did an amazing job in Savannah. I'll pray for both your dad and the surgeon and his staff. I'd never realized how much these things really are a team effort until it was headed my way. Will pray for a complete rejuvenation all around.
