.45 Win Mag Load Data

As the thread title says, I'm looking for load info for the .45 Win Mag. I have several manuals but the only one I have that had data for this cartridge was the Accurate #2 and it only had data for AA#2,5,7&9.

I don't plan to load to the max although in the Freedom Arms 83 it shouldn't be a problem. Any direction would be appreciated.

Sierra number-3 has data for unique/blue-dot/H-110.
I'd have to re-look at my notes to see what I used in my NAA 450 express/45 win mag revolver. [fore-runner to the Casull, freedom arms revolvers]
cause I don't remember using any of those powders for some reason.

1.575 inch long over all length.
Shoots perfectly in .45 Winchester Magnum caliber
AMT Automag IV and Grizzley semiauto pistols.
These are a "hoot to shoot"!!!
