For you folks that make your own point up dies, do you have any success with
ejection pins smaller than .080? this is on 22 cal die

...............Your ejector pins can run about 25% of the swaged slug's OD. In the swage die I made to bump up Lyman 375449's from .378" to .382" the pin is 3/32 or .0938" . This is almost exactly 1/4 the OD. Your 22 cal should easily work with a .080" or down to about .055".

I played around with the ejection pin on my Corbin .224 dies. With their design, if you make the pin too large, it will get pinched in the hollowpoint nose and stick in the die. That can be overcome by adjusting the core weight enough to completely fill the jacket, but then you lose the hollowpoint option.
