A friend stopped by to help me move and brought a box of plumbers lead he got from a friend, a Chicago plumber.
85lbs of what seems like pure lead, scratches with a fingernail.
Still in original ingot form, most round, a few rectangular.
The rectangular may not be pure, didn't get a good chance to check them out.
Now to spread the word more and see what else shows up.
Need something to harden up the lead, the rest of my stash is mostly mined range scrap.
My cast 45 loads worked fine in my friends 2 glocks a week ago, no leading, now I just need time to cast up more for us.
