what were your results?
i asked the guy that was selling this at the "indy 1500 gun & knife show"
he said that for cold blue , his product was better than oxpho.
i, having no experience with oxpho ...or any other kind of blueing just don't have a clue.

he DID do a rather impressive demo tho...he took a barrel that looked like it spent a couple years at the bottom of a lake,
and sanded a smooth spot on it and 5 minutes later where he worked on it...the spot looked great!

I use Van's but also oxpho. If possible warm the area to be blued, then add oxpho. Make sure you clean and degrease the area with a good cleaner. I use birch wood Casey.

Van's cold blue is actually pretty decent as far as cold-blue goes....not so smelly as some cold blue and tends to be fairly durable if it takes.

Between Oxpho-blue and Van's I can usually get good results on touch-ups. If one product won't work well usually the other one will.
