The image is 60ea. 223 rounds shot from my AR 15. The bullet is the http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/images/N.O.E._Bullet_Moulds_HTC225-60-RN_%28PB%29.Jpg. I powder coat the bullets with powder coating using the shake and bake method I learned about here.

The bullet velocity average is 1666 FPS using 17.5 gr. of H4895 powder. The picture of the target is 60 of 100 rounds to determine if I would have any leading, which I do not. The target is using 1 inch grids. 30 of these rounds were shot rapid fire.

Thank You for sharing your knowledge.

And thank you for sharing - I'm getting ready to load up a bunch of NOE 70 grain .223 for an older Ruger Mini-14 with a fast twist barrel. The bullets were coated using the same approach. They are GC bullets but seeing you using a PB I figure I may have to give the PB version a try. For me PB vs. GC the PB is better if it works. Putting on GC is just one more operation, doing it on tiny bullet leads to eye strain and annoyance at my fat clumsy fingers.

Looks like you hit the trifecta. Good velocity, high rate of fire, good accuracy. With no leading. That sounds like a winner.
