Where do you buy the little screw and ferrule used in single action grips?

No ferrules, but I recently discovered my local Ace Hardware has like 3 boxes of various "gun" screws in their screw section. Had to buy one the other day for a scope ring that was missing one.

Yea one of my ace has those 'gun screws' the other is not even worth going into, they have trouble stocking regular bolts. But the screw isnt much good without the ferrule.

Funny how only Ruger ones can be had easily.

Be alot easier if my bandsaw blade had not broken, lowes does not seem to carry them anymore, they sell the 10" band saw but no blades. And they wonder why retail stores are dying, if I have to end up buying most things on the internet, might as well skip the store to begin with.

Older guns, check Numrich.

Newer guns, check Brownells.

I was not looking for specific ones but generic ones for making my own grips. The factory Ruger blackhawk screw would not be long enough for thicker grips.

This is the place I found generic screws and ferrules. Other places might sell the screw, of a set length, or the threaded ferrule, but not the other side where the screw head sits. And if you needed a longer screw were out of luck.
