A member has lost his son

A Member Has lost His Son Our fellow member Hickok lost his son day before yesterday. I was totally stunned by this , still in the process of letting it sink in . I can not imagine the grief he and his family are going through right now .
He pm'd me yesterday morning with this tragic news and requested I seek prayer for his family here in the Chapel. Please , please pray for him and his family !

He told me to tell you he would not be on the forum for a while which is totally understandable. I am posting his profile link below if you would like to pm him your condolences and I hope you do .

We have Hickok's PayPal account info . His family is suffering from the loss of his son. Please support and encourage them . You might remember Hickok lost his job a while back due to his company shutting down. When my brother passed from a vehicle accident in 1993 it pretty much destroyed my Dad. Dad started having heath issues in 1992, the combination of the two left my old man feeling alone and lost. My sister and I done everything we could, but it is safe to say he was never the same.

A neighbor, who is a long time friend of the family, lost his oldest son shortly after my dad passed in 2009. Ron (the neighbor) said it was the worst thing that ever could have happened and that no parent should outlive their child. He went on to say he had no idea what my dad lived through until it happened to him. While he visited dad every so often, he said it wasn't enough and he should have been a closer friend.

I think all of us here on the forum have an opportunity to be a closer friend...PM sent.

This is truly a tragedy. I cannot imagine the hurt and the pain. I will pray for him and the family.
