Anyone got any information to share about this little gun? Picked one up off a coworker yesterday who got it for helping an elderly woman from his church move some stuff said he needed money more than the gun, weird little guy.

Anyway it seems to be remarkably well built to be a rossi I am thoroughly impressed with it. Only came with 3 bullets and didn't sound much more than a 22lr. Now I'm in the market for a good mold and dies. Pics to follow this afternoon I forgot to take some.

I've got 3 of the M68 38spl. 3" Dad bought years ago.My understanding is they are S&W copies built on S&W machines. Not much to look at right now, thinking a new dress of Dura Coat and some Pachmayer grips. They all shoot good, just need freshened up.Numrich has parts listed for them if needed.

A pound of Red Dot lasts a long time when loading for the .32 S&W Long. Actually a pound of most any suitable powder would last a long time, given the miserly appetite of this little round.

here is a link to a pretty good article: http://www.lasc.us/FryxellThe32S-WLong.htm

Good luck

Sight Correction Math

Howcan I determine the amount of sight correction needed to sight in my pistol orrifle?

A: You multiply the sight radius (in inches) by the amountof error (also in inches). You then divide this number by the range in inches. The result is the amount of correction in thousandths to adjust the sight tocorrect point of aim.

Example 1: Handgun shooting 4” low at 50 feet with a sightradius of 8 inches. 8x4=32 32 divided by 600 (50 feettimes 12 inches per foot) =.0533. The front sight needs to be lowered byapproximately .053” or rear sight raised approximately .053”.

Example 2: Rifleshooting 11" high at 100 yards withthe rear sight all the way down. The rifle has a sight radius of 17 inches.11x17=187 187 divided by 3600 (100 yards times 36inches per yard) =.0519. The front sight needs to be raised by approximately.052" or the rear sight lowered by approximately .052".

I found this on the internet somewhere several years (and computers) ago. It gives enough info for you to mix and match the math to come up with close to the right answer, once you settle on a load.

At a wild guess, you have enough built in elevation to make an 80-100 yard shot right now.

Like MK42 said- a pound of ANY powder goes very far with the .32 S&W-L. My go to is Bullseye for the .32 S&W-L and it goes a loooonnnggg way. Low recoil, little powder/lead, accurate.....What's not to like?
