Can somebody tell me what the"Standard Period Bullet" weight for the 405 Winchester was? I am seeing lots of 300 grain ammo and 350 grain cast bullets around. I was thinking it was 400 grain. What weight did Teddy Roosevelt use in his 405's to bring down African Game?
