Dropped by my friend Ian's reloading shop today ..(shameless plug!) here in Gardnerville NV.
and he knows how I value the older reloading equip.
He showed me a couple of Items that another gentleman had left earlier ..
One was an older stand alone Seaco powder drop, single stroke with the outside on the arm piston/volume adjustment.
The other was an original Speer reloading manual .. 1961 edition ! (oh geezz , I feel older already)
It has pictures of the company staff at that time , who knows maybe someone here might know a name or two.
Also pics of what was available in basic reloading machines at that moment .... very nice !
will try to post some of the pics here ... love the history/machines going back then.

will start another thread with the machine pics ..click on the pics for better rez.

My first manual. Not as old as yours. Haven't looked at it in a while, but I think '69.

My first Speer was the #3. Somewhere I picked up the first one like you have shown and it is in almost perfect condition.

These pics take me way back. This is so cool to look at. I remember my Dad and his friends reloading in his shop and me a wee one at that time, just soaking it all up. I have a few old books i'll shoot some pics of. Thanks I needed this.
