good morning, in pittsburgh there is a company called Construction Junction. it take donations of almost anything and resells them for charity. in a very recent email from them, in the background of a photo is a box marked "ORGAN PIPES". a web search says organ pipes are made of lead and tin. my money says i cant afford anymore lead for awhile. i dont know what their cost is, how much they have, what they are truly made of, or if they are still there. i throught someone else might want to check this out. irishtoo.

From my understanding, some newer organ pipes can contain zinc, also. Different length and pitch organ pipes contain varying amounts of tin. Could possibly be a good score for someone that did their homework!

Those are not lead, I looked at them a couple of weeks ago, They are just metal.
They did however have a Linotype remelter NG for $150.00
