Three presses to show what they look like side by side.
Left to right
C&H. I can't find any thing on it. Label just has C&H, and address on it.
Lee Classic Cast
RCBS RC
The C&H is heavy. Haven't needed to use it. Feels smooth and solid.
Lee is what I use most of the time.
RCBS opening feels short compared to the Lee.

That looks like a C&H Champion. http://www.ch4d.com/products/equipment/presses/033000

That's a heck of a lineup. I bet the C&H weighs as much as the other 2 together.

That CH is a solid press. I have an old RC that i use all the time. That's a nice line-up.

GONRA sez "KEEP those olde robust presses" you have!
Do try to accomodate their "center line lineup" (or lack of) etc.
>>> You can doit. <<<
Rotate shell holders to find "sweet spot" etc.

Nothing wrong with being OVER POWERED with these Big Presses when resizing necked rifle cases.
(Or resizing bloated 5.7x28mm FN brass.)
Use STP Oil Treatment (auto parts stores) or TriFlow Synthetic Grease (bike shops)
for a case lube if you run into "sizing problems.

The C&H is not mounted.
Just there to show the difference between them.

You should clean and lube the C&H press and use it. It is a better press than the other 2.

Your's is an earlier Champion. Mine lacks priming capabilities although the RCBS ram prime works well on it. So, mine is a tad heavier cast steel (not iron) press. Your Champion is cast steel also. It does weigh more than the other two presses combined in the picture. Out of the three Lee is the lightest. The Champion has the largest ram of the three. It is a solid ram that is drilled through for primer disposal plus the ram is heat treated. The Lee comes in 2nd place as the ram is smaller diameter and hollow. Only the RCBS and Lee in the picture can use the LNL press conversion. I've never really cared for the RockChucker or CC.

r1kk1: If I had that press I'd throw the rest out (except for the Co-ax!)

Lol!

The Ultramag sports a LNL bushing. The Summit now has an arbor press bushing conversion for Wilson dies. You know as well as I do the COAX has the fastest die change! It has has superb primer seater too.

The C&H is really heavy.
I'll see if I could attach a hose for primer disposal, like the Lee.
I really like the hoes. Keeps primers from falling all over the place.
I have a Bonanza/Fosters. Haven't tried it yet.

Park a small waste can under the CHampion. 100% primer collection with no hose!

When were the Champion presses made?

http://www.ch4d.com/products/equipment/presses/033000 Champion presses are still made. CH4D will also make sure your early model Champions that were made by C & H have replacement parts if you need them.
