Nagant ammo from Hotshott or Privi Partisan is reloadable, I bought about 10 boxes but have not shot them all up so have not started reloading (http://www.brownells.com/reloading/index.htm)it yet. I did as experiment take a 223 and force thru my 30 carbine resizer and it's a chore. That's why I decided to go ahead and buy loaded ammo. You'll also need to give some TLC to most Nagant's

I have yet to reload my hotshott cases as I still have some of ammo left
but here's some links I marked

The trick to extending case longevity when reloading is to make that crimp only as heavy as is necessary to work in your revolver. Usually, this doesn't have to be anywhere near as severe as found on the factory rounds. Seat the bullets about 1/4" below flush and put a little crimp on the cartridge. Then, try and see if you can cycle it through the gun. Add more crimp and retry. Repeat until you get a finished round that works through all 7 cylinders of all your guns.

If you make it look like factory it will only get 2-3 reloadings on the case before neck splits.
