Good find?

At the gunshow I blew $140 on a pair of used handgun molds with handles:roll:

Saeco 10 cavity .38 WC
Saeco 8 cavity .45 RN

Did I do OK or get taken?

I'd say you did well. Either one of those molds is probably worth $140 by itself.

Good deal, a REALLY good deal. However, after using them for a day your friends and family will call you "Popeye" as your forearms will look like that:mrgreen::mrgreen:

I have a six or eight cavity H&G and it is so heavy that it doesn't get used much in spite of the fact it is a fine mould.

However, I am a "fat old man" and am partial to aluminum multi-cavity moulds just because of their much lighter weight.

i don,t know but send the 45 mould for testing will return when done (10yrs or so ) LOL lucky dog have fun clint

The .45 mold was sloppy but after driving the pins a bit deeper it is tight as can be.

Both are dropping good bullets and either one will drain my (20lb) pot real fast long before my arms get tired. I really need two or three pots.
